Curbside Service

Drive up to the curb outside the clinic. One of our trained staff will come to your vehicle and assist you with whatever you need.

Curbside service is available for services such as:

• Battery pick-up
  • In-warranty patients: Free of Charge
  • Patients who have purchased 2 or more sets of hearing aids with us receive free batteries for life!
  • Out-of-warranty patients: 3 packages of batteries for $10

• Hearing Aid cleaning (includes cleaning of the outside of the hearing aid, plus replacement of wax guards, tips, and tubes)

• Hearing Aid diagnostic (checking for problems)
  • Small, in-house Hearing Aid repairs
  • Drop off for repair (sent to manufacturer or repair facility)

• Payment drop off (Credit/Debit, Cash, Check)
